Tom’s connection to water runs deep—his career began as a lifeguard and swimming instructor, and he's never strayed far from the water’s edge. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and time at the range with his two children and their pair of spirited Siberian Huskies. Family, nature, and meaningful work are at the heart of everything he does.
