We had a customer reach out to us because the water softener in there new home was acting up and leaking. They have family members that have a softener with use and recommend we see what we can do for them.  We set up a project coordinator to go out test the water and see what was going on. The current softener was very old and was no longer working, it was also a system that's not able to serviced. We recommended to replace the softener and add in a RO system. They thought that was a good idea and decided to go ahead with the replacement.  The customer wanted to rent the equipment so they don't have to worry about anything besides salt! After a quick install the homeowner is happy to have soft water again.  

This customer was having issues with low pressure in the house from his old treatment equipment plugging up.  7 years ago they installed a micronizer prior to their pressure tank to help remove iron and odor from their water.  Unfortunately over time the pressure tank loaded up with sediment created by the micronizer and caused significant pressure drop in their home.  After evaluating their system it was determined that it was best if we removed the micronizer and started from scratch with a treatment solution that would not have the same reoccuring issues in the future.  We removed and replaced their pressure tank, and installed a new high efficiency water softener and iron filter.  The customer now has great pressure in the house, great iron free and odor free water, and uses way less salt than his previous system.

The homeowners called to see if we could help them upgrade their water treatment equipment.  They where having issues with the different pieces of equipment working together.  Nate, our retail manager was able to discuss new options with them and explain how each piece of equipment would work together.  They decided to upgrade their water softener to a EVR-1044U with wifi and a new iron filter (EVFE-1248).  They love the face that they can keep track of their water usage with our Wripli app.  Mr and Mrs. H also took advantage of our maintenance plan to keep the warranty on their new equipment. 

Mr. W. just purchased a home on lake Winnebago. The home had a 20+ year old water softener that was no longer working. Our project coordinator went out and took a look at the set up. With being on the lake they did not have a basement and only a crawl space. There was a utility room in the house for the softener and had to run a drain line down into the sump pit in the crawl space. After installation Mr. W. was happy there was no longer hardness in the water!

Mr. and Mrs. T. were noticing brown water and build up around their home for some time. They knew their water softener was getting up there in age and thought it was time to look at replacement options. They gave us a call and scoping of their plumbing and water testing was done to find out what the quality of the water truly was. It was found that they had very high levels of iron and hard water. The best fit was found to be the EVFE iron filter for full iron removal and the EVRS water softener that is both economical and technologically advanced. They are now with crystal-clear-soft water.
