We had a customer who was renting a water softener with another company and was having issues with it and wanted to look into something new. We sent out a project coordinator to test water and see what we could do for him. After some testing we found higher iron then what a water softener can handle safely. We recommended going with a iron filter for the iron and then the softener for the hardness. The customer liked the idea of something that can handle the water conditions better then what he had. After a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have clean water again! 

The customer called in with concerns of the water smelling and causing hardness build up. A Project Coordinator went to the house to test the water and found that the old softener was not working. There did not seem to be a smell at the time of the Project Coordinator's visit, but if it was sulfur, that is not uncommon, as it fluctuates. But the wife came in and stated that she could not stand the smell coming from the laundry room when that smell is present. 

The Project Coordinator, did find .5ppm of iron in the water as well, and when they went over solutions, the Project Coordinator suggested a new water softener, as well as an iron filter, to help with iron and if the sulfur comes back, the iron filter will be able to take care of that as well. The customer decided to have us start with just the install of the  ES-1044 Water Softener. He thought, he might try to clean the washing machine out and see if that was the main issue of the smell, and if not, he may have us install an iron filter as well in the future. 

This customer called the Clean Water Center, as his softener didn't seem to be working anymore. There was a Morton Softener installed about 3 years ago, but he was still finding hardness spotting/crusting and a bit of iron staining throughout the home. 

A Project Coordinator went out to the home to test the water, and assess the current softener and plumbing area for a new install. Found that the current softener was not working properly and discussed new softener options with him. We installed a new EVR-1044 water softener on the Maintenance Plan for him. 

These homeowners had a newer built home and they were looking for options to clean up their cloudy water and to get rid of the terrible taste.  Garrett our project coordinator went over to the home to test the water and look over their plumbing.  He found that the hardness level of the water was pretty high.  He recommended an EVR-1044 softener to help eliminate these issues.  The homeowners elected to go with our equipment and our service technician Garrett was able to complete the install.  Their water quality is great now!

Mr. had a new home build in Germantown. After moving in and using the water he noticed TONS of water spots and white build up on his brand-new faucets. Mr. was not happy the water was recking his new appliances. Mr. had one of our project coordinators come out to see how we can fix his water problems. After testing the water, we found it was very hard. After going over a few options that would fix his water issues. Mr. went with our EVR water softener. Mr. K like he can check on his softener on his phone we he is away from home. Mr. is now happy with nice soft water in his home!
