Ted H

Ted joined our team in January 2026 as a Project Coordinator, bringing a strong blend of scientific expertise and customer-focused experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has several years of experience working in customer service and in laboratory settings specializing in chemistry and biology. His background also includes training in molecular biology and organic chemistry.

In his role, Ted meets with customers in their homes to test water quality and recommend effective treatment options. He enjoys the unique combination of applying scientific knowledge while building relationships with customers. Helping people find meaningful solutions to their water concerns is one of the most rewarding parts of his work.

Outside of the office, Ted is an avid musician. He enjoys writing and recording music, participating in songwriting groups, and has had several of his songs signed into publishing libraries. He also loves spending time outdoors and being with family and friends.
