Zach joined the company in October 2025 and brings a strong combination of technical skill, physical capability, and customer‑focused service to his role as a Service Technician. Before joining our team, he worked as a moving specialist, gaining experience with heavy lifting and hands‑on work that continues to serve him well every day. His previous roles also strengthened his problem‑solving abilities—an asset he relies on regularly in the field.

Fully forklift‑certified, Zach handles a wide range of daily responsibilities, including maintenance and service plan renewals, filter changes, salt deliveries, and supporting our dealer network. He enjoys meeting new people, helping customers, and taking pride in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work, Zach loves spending time with friends and family, snowboarding, being outdoors, working out, and appreciating sports cars. His positive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge make him a valued member of our team.
