We had a customer who met us at the Payne Art show this summer and had a few questions on newer softeners and wanted to replace his big box store one for a professional grade system. We set up a time for a project coordinator to stop out at the house to test the water and see what we could do. After some testing we recommended a few different softeners and the homeowner went with the ES water softener. This is a big upgrade from the big box store one that we removed, the customer was happy to know that he will not have to worry about the softener not working.
We had an existing customer of ours that was having some issues with a older water softener. After the service tech went over the system he recommended to replace it due to age and costs of fixing it. The home owner agreed and then we sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do for a replacement. We went over a few options with the home owner and they liked the EVRS softener. After a quick and clean install the home owner is enjoying nice soft water again!
Oshkosh municipal water, like all municipal water has chlorine in it to make the water safe while being transported underground from organic materials. However, once in the home the chlorine is useless and can dry out your skin. Clean Water Center has a few different options for chlorine treatment. This homeowner decided, with the consulting of a project coordinator, to have a ONE filter installed. The ONE filter can be customized with many different cartridge filters. In this case a activated carbon block put in and will keep chlorine from getting further into the home.
These homeowners just bought a house in Appleton, the previous homeowners mentioned that the water treatment equipment did not work and made a lot of awful noise. They called Clean Water Center for a free consultation on the existing equipment to evaluate what they needed to do. The Project Coordinator made sure to take their time and make sure the homeowners understood their water conditions and what they needed to do to get the most of the existing equipment and what each piece was designed to do. They decided that replacing some of the equipment was their best option. New EVR-1044U and an EVS-1354 were installed to treat the water hardness and sulfur smell in the water. The installer, with some spare water line positioned the Twist2Clean to be easier to flush. They also opted for the optional annual Maintenance Plan for once-a-year salt delivery, preventative maintenance, and diagnostic testing along with discounts on lab testing and lifetime warranty of the equipment.
Tyler & Sky in Oshkosh tested their water and found high levels or Arsenic. They called Clean Water Center and scheduled a Project Coordinator, while the PC was in the home, they discussed maintaining their other equipment to make sure the reverse osmosis system that was to be installed worked the best it could for as long as possible to keep their water safe to drink. The homeowners decided to opt-in to a service plan, allow us to maintain their equipment for them and we were even able to service their whole home equipment at the same time we installed their RO. Now, they can keep themselves and their home full of the best water possible.
