The homeowner called Clean Water Center to address the scaling that they were seeing on faucets, as well as the orange staining around the house. A project coordinator came out to the home to test the water, and it was determined that there were hard water and iron breaking through the homeowner's old water conditioning system. The project coordinator went over different water treatment options with the homeowner, whose preference was to replace the old system with one system that would treat both the hard water and the iron, while occupying a minimal amount of space in the area where it would be installed. This was the perfect job for our AOC2 water conditioner, which the homeowner then decided to have installed into their home.

Mr. K. and his family live in Milwaukee and have a lake home in Campbellsport, WI. They had a much older Water Right water softener in place and this was original from when they first purchased, but it was no longer functioning properly. Mr. K stated that even when it was working well, they still received stains and odors. After testing the water for iron, sulfur, and other water conditions, we found that they had sulfur present, which causes a rotten egg smell in the water. Not just that, but iron kept finding it's way past the water softener as well. Because of these concerns, we found that the EVFE iron filter was going to be the best for for this family's lake home. It is capable of removing iron and lower levels of sulfur in one piece of equipment. The K. family now has odorless water that doesn't stain their fixtures and appliances; not just that, but because of those two concerns being addressed, the water is now tasting much better than before. 

This customer called the Clean Water Center, as they had equipment installed already but kept finding hard water issues and Iron staining around their house. When the Project Coordinator came to their house to assess the situation, there was a noticeable rotten egg (sulfur) smell and the water from the pressure tank came out orange. 

The Project Coordinator went over new softeners, as well as an Iron Filter to help combat the sulfur and Ferric Iron coming into the house. The customer decided to have us install a new EVRS-1044 softener, as well as an EVFE-1054 iron filter. 

The family will now enjoy clean water to their house, with less cleaning!

The customer just purchased a home and was getting new appliances. The softener that was installed was very old and she wanted to make sure all the new appliances would remain in good tact, she was also concerned about the drinking water. After meeting with a Project Coordinator, she decided to go with an EVR-1054 and the Ultra Reverse Osmosis drinking system on the maintenance plan, so we could help her protect and prolong the life of her new purchases. The customer is happy now, knowing her new appliances are protected and her drinking water is safe. 

This customer called the Clean Water Center as she has an old softener that wasn't even plugged in anymore. She is on city water, and was finding a decent amount of hardness buildup and spotting throughout the home. 

A Project Coordinator went out to the home to assess the situation and the water conditions. The customer stated they had a filter under the sink for drinking water, and was going through filters often, but did not know that the kitchen cold line was not on a softened line. After discussing recommendations for the home, the customer decided to have us put in an EVR-1044 Water Softener, and convert the kitchen cold line to a softened line for them.
