This customer recently moved into a newly constructed home and quickly realized the need for a water softener. They reported that the hard water was causing their hair to feel dry and their skin to become excessively dry as well. By adding a softener not only will their hair become silky and smooth, but it will also allow their skin’s natural oils to replenish.
After evaluating their options, the homeowner chose the EVR model, our most advanced system. The EVR features "Wet Technology" which tracks water usage and ensures that the system uses only the necessary amount of salt and water during each regeneration cycle. This innovative feature helps conserve both salt and water, providing long-term savings while still maintaining optimal water quality.
This homeowner was experiencing issues with high iron levels in their water which resulted in staining and a metallic taste to the water. Before consulting with the project coordinator, they had been using a blue inline filter that removed some of the iron along with a water softener that addressed minor iron content. However, after testing the water, the project coordinator determined that the inline filter and softener were insufficient for addressing their high iron levels. To effectively resolve the staining issue and metallic taste the project coordinator recommended the installation of an iron filter prior to the water softener.
One of our customers recognized that their water softener was nearing the end of its service life and began exploring more effective solutions. Our project coordinator conducted a thorough water test and presented a range of tailored options to address the homeowner's specific needs. After careful consideration, the customer chose the EVRS unit which provided the perfect balance of efficiency, performance, and long-term reliability. This solution successfully enhanced the homeowner’s water quality, delivering consistent, high-performance results.
This customer had an older iron filter, which was causing significant iron breakthrough. Although the filter had already been rebedded, the age of the softener was also a concern as they were experiencing occasional hard water breakthrough. One of our project coordinators confirmed that upgrading both units would be a good solution.
The customer decided to go with the EVR, our most advanced softening system, and the EVFE iron filter to handle the high iron content in their water. The addition of the iron filter not only addressed the iron issue but also helped extend the lifespan of the softener. It was a smart investment for this homeowner.
The customer had recently moved into a new home and, shortly after settling in, they noticed the water quality was poor with a noticeable hardness. Despite attempting to adjust the old system the homeowner found that none of the controls were functioning properly. Rather than investing in repairs for an outdated unit that could potentially incur significant costs the homeowner reached out to Clean Water for assistance.
After one of our project coordinators conducted a thorough water test, it was confirmed that the existing system was no longer operational. Based on the findings, several softener upgrade options were recommended. Given the homeowner’s other ongoing projects, the ES model was identified as the most suitable solution for their needs making it an excellent choice for their situation.
