This homeowner had a Water Conditioner that had given them 15 years of great service. However, they began noticing problems with the conditions of water in the home and knew it was time for an improvement. A customer of ours reached out to us to see if we could help with the water treatment in the quadplex he managed. The current unit was old and struggling to keep up with the water demand. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. We tested the water and inspected the plumbing and install location. After some discussion, the best solution would be a twin water softener. A twin softener will provide 24/7 soft water. Once one tank hits its capacity it will switch to the other. This ensures the residents will always have nice, soft water. After a clean and quick install, the residents are enjoying the befits of soft water!

We had a customer reach out to us because they have been building a new home and needed some water treatment. After the well was dug and the customer used some water they noticed it was orange and had a smell to it. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what they needed. After some tests we found a high amount of iron and hard water. After some discussions the customer went with the EVR water softener and EVFE iron filter. The customer also wanted to have the best water to drink so we installed a Ultro flo RO system to make bottled quality water in the home! The customer can now enjoy the new home with out staining his new sinks and fixtures!   

Given this customers water conditions and their water usage we were able to put in a system with WET (Water Efficient Technology) letting annual salt usage get as long as 240lbs per year, that is only six 40 pound bags. That means they only need to fill their salt tank once per year.

We have quite the collection of rentals in service inside customer's homes. They are a great way to spread out the cost of equipment over time rather than purchasing water treatment all up front. This customer had a rental in their home that worked for years, however, sometimes water conditions change and different equipment is needed for quality water. This residence had started to get stronger odor from inside the softener, this usually mean there has been a bacteria contamination and a culture has formed inside the tank. To remedy the issue, and continue to treat the iron in the water, we installed a EVAIR-1054 with an ozone generator. We also installed a EVR-1044U to continue to treat hardness.
