With an existing softener from a big box retailer, this homeowner was noticing a decline in the quality of their water. With an in home consultation we were able to pinpoint familiar issues such as iron staining and hardness build up. Looking over the existing equipment, it was determined replacement was the best option to guarantee quality water. This is our Evolve series softener.
Mr. and Mrs. D. reached out because they have been dealing with terrible well water for years. With numerous attempts at treating the water professionally and personally, they continually had issues dealing with iron staining and the hardness build up. After they did some online searching, they found us as a company and one of our Project Coordinators made their way out to test water conditions. It was found that they did have more iron than a standard water softener could handle, so it was best to go with the EVFE iron filter to remove all iron and put that in combination with the EVR water softener. With Mrs. D being responsible for most maintenance and upkeep in the house, they found it would be perfect fit for us to service their equipment annually, and we will be also delivering their years worth of salt at that time. The D. family now has soft-iron free water and the equipment will be of no concern for them since we will be providing regular maintenance.
We had a customer call to have his water softener serviced because it was not working. We sent out a service tech to check it out, upon arriving the tech found the unit to be over 30 years old. Most softener last around 15 years so before working on it the tech suggested to have it replaced. The customer agreed that would be a good idea so we sent out a project coordinator to go over new softeners for the customer. After going over some options the customer went with the ES water softener. After a clean and quick install the customer is happy with soft water again.
Mr. K. had his well tested for Arsenic at our state certified health and safety lab, Clean Water Testing. After testing the water, we found very high amounts of arsenic. With having an unsafe amount of arsenic in the water we recommended the Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis system. This state certified Reverse Osmosis system will remove the arsenic and get safe drinking water for Mr. K. After having the Reverse Osmosis system installed Mr. K. now enjoys bottle quality water right from a faucet at the sink!
We had a customer reach out to use regarding iron build up in her hot tub. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we had going on. After testing the water, we found some iron in the water. How the plumbing was set up the water used to fill the hot tub was not going into the current softener. The customer needed hard water for the hot tub but didn’t want iron to stain it. After discussing some options, we found installing an iron filter for all the water to go threw was the best solution. After the iron filter was installed our customer can now enjoy their hot tub without it turning orange!
